Cells have evolved from organic reactions –
I can agree only upon it!!!

How does evolution occur-
With metabolic sparks inside a cell?
With enormous ATPs released –
Tug-o-war between energy expenditures…!?

Some cells die
Not worth dying for?

Some survive to make pages in history?
To make pages in the higher secondary biology textbook?
To increase the memory capacity of a sixteen yr old human being?
To increase the volume carrying syllabus?

No, it is the fate of a cell to evolve!

What is happening now by the way?

Cells are made use to stay lazy,

They are introduced to villains of life, say antibiotics!
They are tuned to take in artificial stuff!

The epidermal cells to the lacto calamine,
The intestinal endothelium to the Digene,
The retinal cells to the Bausch and Lomb molecules,
The keratin chains to Revlon solvents,
The vaginal lining to the Tampons,
The rough epithelium of the tiptoes to the high heels,
The uteral lining to the copper T (shucks),
The penile skin to the deleterious jean threads,
The hair follicles to the Anne French and Axe, (but the A-effect is good ;-)
The nasal epithelium to the smell of human excreta,

The glial cells to the corruption,
The memory lanes to the unfairness,

Every cell of us has evolved to get used to the entire above plus more….

So now how do you categorize this kinda evolution?

Damn you, if it is called Progressive!
It is of course retrogressive, changing the fate of a cell…
